23/1/16 : Cochin to Kumarakom

Start from Exhibition venue to Kumarakom (100 kms / 2 – 2.30 hrs) the back water destination of Kerala.  Arrive and checkin to hotel.   Afternoon go for a sunset cruise (on own) at Vembanad Lake.  Overnight stay at Hotel

24/1/16 : Kumarakom to Munnar

Early Morning visit Kumarakom bird sanctuary, later  after breakfast checkout from hotel and drive to Munnar (140 kms / 4 – 4.30 hrs). Munnar is one of the most famous hill station situated on the Western Ghats at the height of 1600 metres above the sea level. It is essentially a tea town – miles of unending tea plantation can be seen here. Enrote see Spice plantations, Cheyappara, Valara water falls etc.  Arrive and check in to hotel, later visit nearby tea plantations.

 Shopping : Tea, Coffee, Spices, etc.

25/1/16 : Munnar sight seeing

After breakfast proceed for Munnar sightseeing. Morning visit Eravikulam National Park which is also known as Rajamala, the natural habitat of Nilgiri Thar. Nilgiri Thar can be observed very closely here. Later visit a Tea Factory / Tea Museum. Afternoon visit Mattupetty dam, Echo point and  Kundala Lake. Boating facilities are available at Mattupetty Dam and Kundala Lake. While coming back visit flower garden. Evening free for shopping. Overnight at hotel  :

Optional Activities at Munnar : Motor boat or speedboat ride at Mattupetty Dam, Kundala Lake, Elephant Safari, Horse ride at Kundala,  Trekking, Ayurveda Massage etc.

Shopping : Tea, coffee, Spices

26/1/16 : Munnar to Cochin drop

After breakfast checkout from hotel and proceed to Cochin, if time permit do Cochin sight seeing. Interesting places to see are St. Francis Church, Jewish Synagogue, Jew Street, Dutch Palace, Chinese fishing nets etc later drop at Airport / Railway station to depart your home town..
